Your team is adopting Agile, and probably you’re designated as Product Owner. You are following the practices, you experience some benefit and the future is bright.
But Is it really so? What’s the product’s impact on company business? How often is it deployed in production? Are you empowered to shape the product? Did you really embrace change, or the only things that you could change are details?
To answer this questions, I’ll offer a different point of view than just apply a set of practices, and I’ll try to inspire your next step in continuous improvement.
